General FAQs
When should I expect to receive my order?
Processing is 3-5 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional 2-5 business days via USPS.
Do you provide proofs?
I provide proofs for printed invitations and photo cards. I do not provide proofs for other items unless requested.
Is your logo printed on your products?
Yes. My logo is printed on the back side on the bottom of all items.
What is your copyright policy?
All printed products and digital files are for paying customers’ personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed in any way.Â
What is your return policy?
For printed products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error was made on my behalf. For digital products, I am happy to refund or exchange any template that has not yet been downloaded.
Where are you located?
I currently am online only and do not have a store front, but I am based out of Huntsville, Alabama.
