How long does delivery take for printed products?
Processing is 3-5 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional 2-5 business days via USPS.
Do you provide proofs for printed products?
I provide proofs for printed invitations and photo cards. I do not provide proofs for other items.
Is your logo printed on your products?
Yes. My logo is printed on the back side on the bottom of all items.
What is your copyright policy?
All printed products and digital files are for paying customers’ personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed in any way.
For printed products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error was made on my behalf. For digital products, I am happy to refund or exchange any template that has not yet been downloaded.
